Help! emotions question with my boyfriend?

this sounds a little strange. ive been with my bf for 4 months now (we have not had sex yet) we have done everything else however we are long distance for this summer till we get bak to college. we have been talking a ton all the time having fone sex...and etc...things are good but wen i think bout him and stuff i feel like i wanna say i "love" him...but i have been in love once and idk if im really feeling that way or if im still just infatuated and full of lust for him?! i wudnt EVER say it to him at all any time soon AT ALL...but am i crazy if i really think i love him already? (were 20 yrs old)
