Tylenol acetaminophen?

So i came bak from LA and thought i had a cold so i took 2 pills for a cold given by dad. Then we took my temperature and then i had 101 F. so he came back later with Tylenol for a fever and the i read the label that the tylenol fever should not be taken with other meds containing acetaminophen.. the other one had acetaminophen.. is this a problem?? it was about a 20 min interval.. help??
