How to restore corrupt user profile?

I was infected with Trojan three days ago and have recovered to the point where I can access my files in Safe Mode. When attempting to use sfc to find and repair files in normal mode I am told I don't have the proper permissions. No files are accessible in NORMAL mode in WIN7 Pro which I am running.A scan using Windows Essentials completed clearing over 700000 files and found no errors and declared PC fully protected. In booting into NORMAL windows the "Welcome" changes to 'setting up desktop" and eventually opens a blank screen. I can bring up the task manager and view processes and services for the default profile(temporary). I can populate the desktop with some items by starting "EXPLORER" from the elevated command line in the command prompt. Attempts to open any application, eg: Computer, Control Panel, results in "...could not access... do not have appropriate permissions to access them." In applying the recommended fixes found on other forums over the last three days including system restores back to mid May timeframe and regedits to swap out the .bak key in Profilelist, I cannot return to a NORMAL login thusfar. Some remedies require access which because of the restrictions on SAFE MODE I cannot apply. Other remedies suggested for NORMAL mode the defects still present on my system will not allow me to implement. Something is running on this PC which I have not detected which is blocking further progress in this restoration. I get a sense from all the help that has been proprosed till now that if I could find a copy of the files that represent a working copy of my old profile, I could restore this PC to healthy state.
