Infamous and infamous 2?

I have both infamous and infamous 2, and I just beat the evil play through on infamous. I want to beat the evil and good play through on both, so should I play the good play through on infamous and then go to infamous 2, or should I beat the evil play through on infamous 2 and then come bak to beat the good play through?
