I loaned my neighbor Spanish cds. When I asked for them back, he gave me recording cd copies. Was this trashy?

So here is the deal: I used to clean for this guy. He was a neighbor. One day he told me about how he was learning Spanish. I offered to loan him my Spanish cds and I said he could return the cds any time in the next month. I made it clear I wanted him to leave the cds at my door when he was finished making copies of them, and he knew where my house was. I moved out of the state before he returned the cds. I had my mom ask for them back several months after I loaned them out. The guy complained to her that the cds were not very useful, but handed my mom some cds anyhow. I found out earlier today the cds he gave my mom were recording cds with glued on art-work!! What is the most feasible explanation: that this guy was just plain trashy or that he actually made an honest mistake. The recording cds are clearly not as good of quality as the original and have pretty much no resale value to me. How, after experiences like this am I supposed to do nice things for people with "pure" intentions (ie not to feel like a martyr), and without being taken advantage of? (Please note that my mom is living in another area now too).

How to I get ready for Soccer season this fall?

Okay, so when I was little, I played soccer ALL THE TIME. but I haven't played it in 3 years, and this year, I'm required to take a sport, so I chose soccer. And I still have really good aim and drilling skills, but my problem is endurance. I am not the best runner, and I tire easily. I want to be able to, in the two months I have before the season starts at the end of August, before school starts, be able to run the amount a offense player can run. I mean, I can play any of the choices, but a soccer player generally needs the same endurance, so places can be switched. I have a treadmill and a wii fit available for me to use, and a big yard/street I can run around :)

If you explain the situation to the police, I think they would take you somewhere (if you are under 18---to a foster home). If you are over 18, your only solution would be to move out on your own. I have been in my current relationship for a little over five years. My girlfriend is almost thirty while I'm twenty three. We see things differently; some times for the good, most times for the bad.
